Data Deletion Instructions

At Outperform AI, you have full control over your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal information and advertising account data from our systems.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Option A: Self-Service (In-App)
- Sign in to your Outperform AI account at useoutperform.com.
- Navigate to Settings > Account.
- Click “Delete My Account and Data.”
- Confirm your request. You will receive an email confirmation.
Option B: Email Request
Send an email to mem0sethi@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your Outperform AI account.
- Whether you want to delete your entire account or only specific data (e.g., only Meta Ads data, only conversation history).
We will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to your registered address before processing the request.
Option C: Meta Platform De-authorization
If you connected a Meta (Facebook) Ads account, you can also initiate data deletion by removing Outperform AI from your Meta account:
- Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations.
- Find Outperform AI in the list of active integrations.
- Click “Remove” and confirm.
When you de-authorize Outperform AI through Meta, we receive a callback notification and will automatically delete all Meta Ads data associated with your account within 30 days. Your Outperform AI account and any Google Ads data will remain intact unless you also request deletion of those.
2. What Data Gets Deleted
When you request full account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

| Account information | Name, email, profile picture, and account settings are permanently deleted. |
| OAuth tokens | All stored Google and Meta OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and deleted. We can no longer access your advertising accounts. |
| Google Ads data | All cached campaign data, metrics, keywords, ads, and performance history from your Google Ads account are permanently deleted. |
| Meta Ads data | All cached campaign data, ad sets, ads, creative references, targeting data, and performance metrics from your Meta Ads account are permanently deleted. |
| Conversation history | All chat messages between you and the AI co-pilot, including any generated plans, recommendations, and analysis results, are permanently deleted. |
| Execution logs | All records of campaign modifications made through the Service are permanently deleted. |
| Email preferences | Your daily brief settings and alert configurations are permanently deleted. You will stop receiving all emails from us. |
| Usage analytics | Identifiable usage data is deleted. Previously aggregated, anonymized analytics data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained. |
3. Partial Deletion
You can request deletion of specific categories of data without deleting your entire account. For example:
- Disconnect Google Ads only: Removes all Google Ads data and revokes the Google Ads OAuth token. Your account and Meta Ads data remain active.
- Disconnect Meta Ads only: Removes all Meta Ads data and revokes the Meta OAuth token. Your account and Google Ads data remain active.
- Delete conversation history only: Removes all chat messages and AI-generated recommendations while keeping your account and advertising data connections active.
To request partial deletion, specify the data categories you want removed in your email to mem0sethi@gmail.com.
4. Timeline
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your deletion request within 2 business days.
- Token revocation: OAuth tokens are revoked immediately upon confirmation of your request. We lose access to your advertising accounts right away.
- Data deletion: All personal and advertising data is permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 calendar days of your confirmed request.
- Backup purge: Data in encrypted backups will be purged within 90 calendar days. During this window, backup data is inaccessible for operational use and is only retained for disaster recovery purposes.
- Confirmation: Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account (sent before the email address itself is deleted).
5. What Happens to Your Connected Advertising Accounts
Deleting your data from Outperform AI does not affect your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts in any way. Specifically:
- Your advertising campaigns, ads, budgets, and settings on Google Ads and Meta Ads are not modified or deleted.
- Any campaigns that were created or modified through Outperform AI and are currently running will continue to run on the advertising platform. You will need to manage them directly through the Google Ads or Meta Ads interfaces.
- We will no longer have any access to read or modify your advertising accounts after token revocation.
- If you want to also remove our app from your Google or Meta accounts, you can do so independently:
- Google: Go to Google Account > Third-party apps & services, find Outperform AI, and remove access.
- Meta: Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations, find Outperform AI, and remove access.
6. Data We May Retain After Deletion
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain information after a deletion request:
- Legal obligations: If we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., for tax, accounting, or regulatory compliance), we will retain only the minimum data necessary for the minimum required period.
- Fraud prevention: We may retain a hashed, non-reversible record of account identifiers to prevent abuse and fraud.
- Aggregated data: Previously created aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you or your advertising accounts may be retained indefinitely.
